In particular, the seminar will address: The Program's current status; updates on national legal and industry developments, real estate considerations, banking and tax implications, lending and private equity in the industry, labor and employment issues, ethics for cannabis attorneys, and other issues for businesses in the Program; and the standards and risks for lawyers working in this area.
